Written yearly by local Health and Wellbeing Boards – working with CCGs – regarding current and future health and care needs of local population. They contain information about the health and wellbeing status of the local population, identify inequalities and illustrate trends. They may also outline local community views and highlight suggested areas for focus for collective action to improve the lives of people locally
